The Range Rover P38a OBDII port is located in the Right-Hand side of the vehicle under the footwell. The connector is most easily seen if the Right-Hand door is opened and while standing in the door opening, bend over and look up into the footwell. The OBDII connector is almost impossible to see and very difficult to gain access to while sitting in the Right-Hand seat.
